Well, if you also exclude the special stuff like the Wishes Cruise and the
various Guided Tours, 10 days should be plenty.
You could probably be able to do Animal Kingdom in one day. Likewise, loads of
luck will get you through Hollywood Studios in about a day. EPCOT demands at
least two days and the sheer volume of attractions at Magic Kingdom urges two
days.
Then you have to consider the street shows. That adds about another half day
per park. And without park hoppers, that's going to fill all 10 of your days
leaving you just barely able to squeeze in a half day of shopping at DownTown
Disney.
